Salary: $40.49 – $60.73 per hour
Shifts: Weekdays
Status: Temporary Full Time (2 years)

Position Summary
Reporting to the Manager, Office of Strategy Management, the Senior Analyst is a key member of the Office of Strategy Management (OSM), which supports Peter Munk Cardiac Centre and Medical Imaging. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for providing project management leadership and support for key initiatives within the Peter Munk Cardiac Centre and Medical Imaging.
Duties
- Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of key Medical Imaging and Peter Munk Cardiac Centre initiatives
- Support development and implementation of day-to-day operating policies, systems and procedures to contribute to organizational effectiveness
- Support project activities related to scope, schedule, resources, communications, risk, financial budget and development of resulting project documentation
- Engage with stakeholders to collect requirements
- Perform assignments and special projects in support of organizational objectives, often spanning disciplines and areas of expertise
- Conduct options analyses and select or recommend appropriate solutions which are practical and thorough, to a wide range of complex problems
- Demonstrate ability to oversee end-to-end moderately complex assignments and projects with little supervision. Work with Manager to identify and resolve barriers and challenges
- Demonstrate critical thinking to ensure deliverables continue to align with project and program goals and vision; identify impacts of ongoing changes
- Demonstrate ability to lead a small group of cross-functional stakeholders on moderately complex projects
Qualifications
- Completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate healthcare or business discipline, or recognized equivalent; Masters Degree preferred
- Project management and/or Lean/Six Sigma certification, an asset
- Minimum 2-3 years Healthcare Project Management experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of project management (project planning, implementation, evaluation, risk assessment, benefits realization)
- Knowledge and experience in developing and executing communications and change management plans (e.g., stakeholder analysis, communication strategies and tactics, awareness campaigns, gathering user feedback)
- Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills
- Excellent analytical, prioritization, and organization skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent presentation, writing, and/or training skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Project and Visio
