• Provide mentorship and coaching to all Directors of Financial Aid (DFA) within assigned Region
• Acting DFA when necessary
• Working closely with Financial Aid Management to ensure process efficiency and effectiveness interdepartmentally
• Assist in the development of policies and procedures
• Provide training and guidance when needed
• Provide assistance to Campus DFA’s in an effort develop goals and objectives
• Provide strategic and effective reporting to ensure campuses are meeting key performance goals
• Recruit, supervise, and oversee training of the financial aid staff
• Resource management
• Special projects for VP of SFS
