Project Manager, Marketing
The Project Manager, Marketing is responsible for the coordination and completion of Marketing Projects & Programs for the Workforce Development team. Oversees all aspects of projects including: setting deadlines, assigning projects to various internal and external resources, and monitors and summarizes progress of projects. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Working closely with Partners, Admissions, Business Development, and Academics, this role will be instrumental in helping us meet and exceed our organizational goals in marketing.

Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal clients who are requesting marketing support. Maintain and enhance client relationships through regular communication and excellent service.
- Internal Coordination: Foster positive relationships within the Workforce Development business unit, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members. Set a precedent and maintain a professional, positive and encouraging business culture.
- Project Scheduling and Coordination: Organize, schedule, and monitor project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met. Help develop processes and procedures that will help the Workforce Development team scale.
- Regular Check-Ins: Conduct regular check-ins with clients, team leads and in-house content creators to update on project progress and address any concerns.
- Community Engagement: Attend occasional events to build and nurture relationships with current clients; build library of photography and video assets of actual students in the program.
- Manage creative projects that support events, business meetings, and B2B trade exhibitions, integrating them into overarching marketing strategies
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project details, client communications, notes and internal discussions. Forecast and track spending and oversee monthly financial accurals.
- Quality Control: Collaborate with creative team members to monitor the quality of work and feedback to ensure that deliverables appropriately meet expectations. Conducting post-project analysis to identify what worked well and what could be improved in the future
Salary: 67k - 88k
Qualifications
- 3-5 Years experience in a Marketing or Business Administration role
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business preferred
- Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at once
