• File review for All Campuses to ensure compliance prior to COD origination and disbursement
• Report file review reject & approval rates
• Transfer Monitoring Alert Review and resolution
• COD Reject review and resolution
• Remain up to date with TIV Regulations, attend trainings, etc
• Organize student files for annual SFA Audits
• Provide customer service to all campus financial aid departments to include overflow overviews
• Assist with Cal Grant Eligibility Review and Reporting
• Assist with Corporate Financial Aid Projects as needed

Pay Starting at $30/hr

• 5 years related experience
• Associate degree in relevant field preferred but will consider experience in lieu of degree
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Strong computer skills, proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to impart knowledge to others successfully
• Tile IV regulations expert knowledge
• Cal Grant
