Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Main point of contact for franchisee support throughout training- advise on software, technology, and operating systems.
  • Instruct franchisee on software packages and custom client relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Conduct Marketing setup for each franchisee.
  • Record training videos and update training modules.
  • Hold training support calls with new franchisees.

·         Retain and grow vendor relations while seeking and securing new ones.

·         Negotiate Rates with preferred vendors to ensure discounted rates for our franchisees.

·         Prequalify vendors/freelancers and review quality of services, communication skills and portfolios.

·         Oversee Vendor onboarding process for new Vendors coming on to our platform

·         Oversee all vendor communication and work with brand leader and marketing team to ensure clear communication of system and brand updates

·         Review vendor profiles, rates and internal rating system for Quality Assurance

Qualifications

Requirements:

·         Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

·         Must have a clear understanding of outsourcing and primary business functions.

·         Must be outgoing and passionate about building and maintaining strong working relationships.

·         Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
