Jon Smith Subs, is a 34 year old company in the ever popular sub category, that is part of the United Franchise Group family of Brands.  As of today we have 25 locations that are open and another 66 locations in future development in just 4 years of franchising..  Our focus is on hot subs, which is cooked to order and all fresh ingredients. We are looking for a hungry and driven person who has franchise operations experience in the hospitality industry. This is a brand that we are very confident is going to explode over the next couple of years and we want somebody who can help us make sure we grow a successful franchise system.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Implementing franchisee store Startup Program
• Franchise owner training
• Examining P&L statements
• Developing sales strategies
• Establishing marketing campaigns
• Maintaining a daily and weekly schedule
• Training and reinforcing the franchise model and safe operation of production equipment
• Instructing franchisees to comply with franchise model and system
• Compiling brand compliance data
• Assisting franchisees with increasing brand image
• Participating in regional meetings; completing, maintaining, and processing required paperwork
• Negotiating with Vendors

Requirements & Skills

·         Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent education from College or Technical school

OR 2-4 years of related experience and/or training

OR equivalent combination of education and experience

·         Sales and business operations experience and the ability to read a profit and loss

·         Technical aptitude and ability to quickly pick up new technologies

·         MS Office, graphic design software, point-of-sale (POS) software, and accounting software a plus

·         Eligible driver’s license and valid automobile insurance is required

·         Exceptional problem-solving skills

·         Restaurant experience, a must

·         Must be able to travel and maintain a credit card with an available credit limit to cover expenses

This position is located in West Palm Beach, Florida. You must be located in South Florida or willing to relocate to South Florida.
