Dishwasher

Location:

West Palm Beach, Florida

Primary Purpose:

It is the primary responsibility of the Dishwasher, is to wash dinnerware, flatware, and glassware with a dishwasher and properly clean and sanitize soiled kitchen utensils. The other responsibilities include receiving and disassembling orders from vendors and maintaining cleanliness of the venue. 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Washing and putting away dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans.
• Making sure kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils are clean and in proper working order.
• Cleaning or preparing various foods for cooking or serving as needed.
• Stocking and carrying supplies between storage and work areas.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

·         Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

·         High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
