Technical Support Advisor

Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide CRM training and support to new and existing franchisees within the Business Consulting Division
• Support franchisees on CRM, website, and emails
• Manage incoming support requests
• Perform webinars for franchisees on technology
• Create how-to wiki’s on best practices
• Manage online training tool
• Present 1 to 3-hour training sessions on CRM tool and other technologies at least twice a month
• Setup new franchisees with CRM access and new email setup

Requirements & Skills

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent education from College or Technical school OR 1-2 years of related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Technical aptitude and ability to quickly pick up new technologies
• MS Office, graphic design software, point-of-sale (POS) software, and accounting software a plus
• Eligible driver’s license and valid automobile insurance is required
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• Must be able to travel 10% and maintain a credit card with an available credit limit to cover expenses
