United Franchise Group is looking to grow our team and has an immediate opportunity for a qualified Marketing Coordinator. This is an opportunity to join the marketing team within our largest brand, and is based in our headquarters in West Palm Beach, FL.

We are seeking an energetic, positive individual who is ready to jump into an exciting opportunity in franchise marketing. This role reports to the Marketing Manager and supports the efforts of the marketing department.

Your Key Responsibilities

·         Assist Marketing Manager with executing marketing plans

·         Ideate, maintain, and execute a robust content calendar for social platforms

·         Monitor and support social activity across Signarama social channels; track and analyze program performance and trends

·         Prepare and share social media best practices with franchisees

·         Facilitate Grand Opening events for new franchise locations

·         Preparing, editing and proofing correspondence, reports, and presentations

·         Training franchise owners on proper use of the marketing calendar system

·         Create and maintain marketing and PR calendar

·         Maintain marketing materials library

·         Develop marketing materials for franchisee use

·         Tracking and analysis of various marketing programs to determine ROI

·         Monthly reporting

·         Engage with online content such as social media questions and review postings

·         Assist Franchise Development Director with marketing needs as needed

·         Adding or editing content on the website as needed

·         Various administrative tasks as needed

 Requirements & Skills 

·         1 - 2 years marketing experience

·         Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, digital media, advertising or related fields

·         Working knowledge of ALL social platforms

·         Excellent verbal & writing communication skills

·         Open to “other duties as assigned”

·         Able to multi-task and keep track of several projects at one time.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office 365

·         Knowledge of Adobe suite a plus
