United Franchise Group is looking to grow our team and has an immediate opportunity for a qualified Marketing Manager. This is a hands-on active role within our largest brand, Signarama and is based in our headquarters in West Palm Beach, FL.
We are seeking an energetic, positive individual who is ready to jump into an exciting opportunity in franchise marketing. This position requires a multi-tasker with a can-do attitude and passion for marketing.

 

Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities

• Work with Marketing Director to develop yearly marketing plans and improved marketing strategies
• Serve as marketing department liaison to franchisees regarding marketing initiatives
• Facilitate the content development of various marketing programs included but not limited to email marketing, social media campaigns, PR programs and contests, etc.
• Adept at executing local grassroots/promotional marketing to drive leads and new customers
• Tracking and analysis of various marketing programs to determine ROI
• Provide guidance to Franchise Locations using data to confirm recommendations
• Executive Editor of the quarterly magazine. Set the tone of each issue with franchisees/vendors and internal team articles, as well as editorial direction and publication guidelines. Create the design, layout, production and distribution.
• Write script, film and edit all videos for the brand - training, newswrap, etc
• Assist in coordinating all brand-specific events: conferences/conventions, regional meetings, promotions, etc.
• Assist Marketing Fund Board and FAC in communicating decisions/strategies with all franchisees
• Coordinate and execute brand-specific marketing tasks as assigned
• Develop and design annual marketing/promotions calendar
• Review and coordinate updating of marketing DDT presentation as needed
• Work closely with approved vendors to ensure continued efforts to improve performance (i.e. Direct Mail, Media Buying and Digital Marketing agencies,)
• Work closely with internal teams - PR, FD, Launch, Ops
• Partner with PR Department to assist with local communications, such as press releases as well as coordinating PR for local grand openings, owner triumphs, etc.
• Oversee Marketing Coordinator & Assistants
• Write and modifying brand content as needed
• Monitor performance of reputation management program
• Provide monthly performance reporting to Marketing Director
• Review and approve all local marketing materials to ensure they meet brand standards.

Organization
• Reports to Director of Marketing (head of marketing)
• Subject matter oversight of franchised locations in 80 countries
• Frequent collaboration with various departments and vendors
• Builds bridges with our Franchisees, RVPs and Field Operations teams.
 
 
 

Qualifications

 Requirements & Skills 

• 5-7 year marketing experience
• 2+ years franchise experience
• Internet Marketing experience a plus
• Social Media management experience required
• Working knowledge of email marketing programs and platforms
• Excellent verbal & writing communication skills
• Self-starter with high level of attention to detail
• Open to "other duties as assigned"
• Able to multi-task and keep track of several projects at one time
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe programs
• Bachelor's degree required
