Job Responsibilities

As a Franchise Business Consultant for Experimax, you will provide expert coaching to new store owners by analyzing situations and guiding owners regarding business plans, operational, marketing and expense management methodologies.

Specific duties for this coaching role include:

·         Provide direct one-on-one coaching and directions to the brand franchisees

·         Connect with our top notch corporate team to determine training needs and schedule training sessions

·         Support the development and implementation of the corporate strategy and agenda

·         Work directly with business leaders to create a training schedule and timeline

·         Partner with business team to drive compliance with mandatory operational learning programs in support of the business strategy for Experimax

·         Travel domestically and globally to drive sales to our Experimax stores

Job Requirements

We are looking for an excited, enthusiastic, creative, and hardworking individual to add to our energetic team! In addition, you should be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive under pressure within a fast-paced environment. It is also vital that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility to build solid business relationships.

Specific qualifications for this technical advisor role include:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent education
• 2-4 years’ experience in training, business development, marketing, sales
• Strong people skills and a knack for problem solving
• Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving technical issues
• Ability to adhere to a schedule of customer appointments
•  Schedule flexibility and willingness to travel as needed
