Tech Support Specialist 

 

This is a support position within the Business Retail Division. The ideal candidate would have strong customer service and technology skills. You would be responsible for supporting franchisees within our POS system. You need to have 1-3 years' experience in customer service and technical support. Mobile/Cellular industry experience is a MUST. Bachelor's degree preferred. Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities

 

  • Provide technical training and support to new and existing franchisees within the Business Retail Division
  • Support franchisees on POS, website, and emails
  • Manage incoming support requests
  • Perform webinars for franchisees on technology
  • Manage online training tool

 

 

Qualifications

 

Requirements & Skills

 

  • Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent education from College or Technical school

           OR 1-3 years of related experience and/or training

           OR equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Technical aptitude and ability to quickly pick up new technologies
  • MS Office, graphic design software, point-of-sale (POS) software, and accounting software a plus
  • Eligible driver’s license and valid automobile insurance is required
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Mobile/Cellular industry experience REQUIRED
  • Must be able to travel 10% and maintain a credit card with an available credit limit to cover expenses
