Field Marketing Associate, New Member Development - Venture X

 

Utilizing UFG corporate programs and Local Area Marketing initiatives, you will work to improve the performance of every franchisee business and drive new customer acquisition within the region through a wide range of events, initiatives and guerilla marketing tactics, both in our spaces and outside with partners. This is a hands-on role, perfect for a driven, results focused individual.

The successful candidate will work closely with the UFG leadership team. This is not a 9 to 5 job, flexibility is therefore required around hours worked to deliver the right results. Most importantly, you will need to dig in and do what is required to get the job done.

The ideal candidate will have prior franchising experience as well as strong sales and marketing skills. 

The field marketing associate role provides franchisees with flexible work-space industry training. This position requires sales and marketing experience preferably in the co-working, flexible work-space, and/or executive work center industry sectors.

    Job Description

    Your Key Responsibilities 

    • Develop and execute local marketing plans in collaboration with our marketing and sales teams
    • Develop and manage events-related partnerships
    • Communicate regular updates to the local and central teams about marketing objectives and progress
    • Developing sales strategies to drive new memberships for the franchise
    • Maintaining a daily and weekly schedule
    • Training and reinforcing the franchise model 
    • Instructing franchisees to comply with franchise model and system
    • Assisting franchisees with increasing brand image
    • Participating in regional meetings; completing, maintaining, and processing required paperwork

    Qualifications

    Requirements & Skills

     

    ·         Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent education from College or Technical school

    OR 3-5 years of related experience and/or training

    OR equivalent combination of education and experience

    ·         Extensive marketing experience in a high growth capacity company

    ·         Events and partnership experience required

    ·         Eligible driver’s license and valid automobile insurance is required

    ·         Co-working or shared office space Industry experience, a plus

    ·         Must be able to travel 50% and maintain a credit card with an available credit limit to cover expenses
