Job Description

You’re an inquisitive, collaborative, and buttoned up account executive that is looking for an opportunity to begin leading creative projects. You understand that there isn’t one way to reach people, but multiple ways that are evolving every day – so traditional advertising may not be even where you want to start the conversation. New technology being developed not just by tech companies, but media/entertainment (oh, and advertising agencies) is yet another reason why you have a desire to work for an innovative creative shop.

The role will be a key part of the team continuously striving to deliver amazing work for a world famous brand and client that has high expectations with award-winning work that drives results. You’ll also have a role in helping a large retailer achieve continued growth with Hispanics through performance driven media. You have a passion for technology and can’t stand not having your phone immediately at fingers reach (it’s OK, we understand). 

In this role, you will...

Work with the account management team on designated pieces of businesses to assist in managing the agency’s internal day-to-day client needs and internal teams through effective communication and facilitating projects.

Work with your Account Team supervisor(s) to oversee internal day-to-day client management, owning meeting recap reports, weekly team status reports, shared timelines, and coordinating team meeting invites

Be the owner of the shared / integrated team content calendar with view across creative “brand” work, Social, Digital, Influencer and Activation efforts to coordinate across teams to help enable integration/collaboration. Will have direct responsibility for specific projects, and will be a partner/facilitator on others, working with the necessary people to keep projects on track.

Learn the category and business to provide key learning to the internal team; including, competitive analysis and industry trends.

Be owner of planning for client board meetings 3x per year, coordinating with the venue for conference room, catering, dinner arrangements, hotel arrangements etc.

Qualifications

Effectively communicate to internal and external teams.

No fear of juggling multiple projects at any given time, and being able to easily switch gears and adapt to an ever-changing workload.

Strong attention to detail and time management.

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.

Curiosity to learn new things and energy to take on new projects.

Fluency/Proficiency in Spanish is required.

Interest in multicultural marketing is required.

Bachelor’s degree.

1+ years experience in an advertising or digital agency.

Additional Information

*Salary Range:  $55k - $60k
