Job Description

The Strategy Coordinator role combines general administrative and project management
functions along with assisting the team in research and strategy development assignments for clients. The role has been intentionally designed to help us keep the department running like well-oiled machine while also allowing the opportunity to learn the ropes of the business:
assisting the team dive deeply into the project at hand (researching competitors, consumer
data, and demographics utilizing various tools both qualitative and quantitative - business data primary and secondary research - blogs, interviews, surveys, etc.)

Additional Information

RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will provide direct administrative support to the Head of Strategy at the agency. You will
also be a collaborative member of the Strategy Department, supporting various projects.

  • Administrative Coordination for the Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Planning
  •  Oversee and manage a high volume of scheduling calls and meetings, organizing travel itineraries, and tracking pertinent information and materials. Prioritizing the day-to-day incoming communication for both internal and external requests.
  •  Serve as a point person for all project requests and logistics pertaining to the Strategy Department.
  •  Submit expense reports and timesheets
  • Manage and process paperwork for freelance hires
  • Track department’s contracts and ensure efficient processing with the finance team
  •  Work closely with the account, creative, production departments, and Executive members and their admins to ensure efficient communication and project workflow. This job entails facilitating coordination across all departments in the agency.
  •  Ensure consistent and efficient interaction with other departments.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute varying types of internal and external meetings and events.
  • Assist strategists with various projects.
