Job Description

This role is a fantastic opportunity to enter the niche world of Reward. The VP of Reward at Unit4 is looking someone with drive and commitment to the role and in return they will invest a considerable amount of developmental time to train up the candidate to become an holistic Rewards expert as well as mentoring on soft skills and presentation skills.

What you will do

  • Assist Reward Manager with Global Benefits Renewals
  • Own procurement processes within rewards to ensure purchase orders are processed correctly, liaising with finance and external vendors when required
  • Support international HR team with benefit-related matters across International markets.
  • Assist Senior Compensation Manager input into compensation surveys to collect and analyse competitive salary information to determine company’s competitive position, developing and/or modifying structures as needed
  • Provide monthly management reporting for Leavers and the departmental Active Headcount Snapshot
  • Manage Equity program including owning files and ensuring that diligence is applied to keep them up to date and current
  • Liaise with Finance to provide them with the relevant required documents to comply with their audit requirements
  • Any other duties that may reasonably be required

Qualifications

  • Must have strong Microsoft Office skills – advanced excel skills a must
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Desire to develop consulting skills required to work in a fast-paced client facing environment
  • Ability to work in fast paced, constantly changing environment
  • Ability to multi-task and must be well organized; attention to detail; ability to meet established deadlines; ability to work under pressure; ability to work independently and without supervision.
  • Strong communications, teamwork and appreciation of different cultures across the globe
