Job Description

Unit4 is hiring an ABM Campaign Specialist who will work as part of Unit4’s global ABM campaigns team. The ABM Campaign Specialist will be responsible for the ABM ad campaigns execution as part of the overall ABM strategy that identifies target accounts and aligns content and marketing campaigns/programs to the customer journey. This involves analysis, planning, and alignment with content stakeholders, building campaigns, and monitoring and spend reporting.

This role requires an individual with strong technical and data evaluation skills, with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources to offer creative marketing solutions. We are looking for someone with strong project, communication, and time management skills with the ability to effectively manage numerous projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you will do

  • Understand and analyze the account portfolio, including how to prioritize and group accounts according to opportunity, intent, persona, industry, buying cycle stage and geography.
  • Building campaigns for target accounts and nurturing existing opportunities using ABM platforms, paid social, and Marketo.
  • Understand which marketing programs, campaigns and assets to leverage for strategic account planning and execution based on our ABM strategy, brand guidelines and voice, and organizational goals.
  • Provide ongoing data and insights on strategic accounts, buying groups and contacts using a range of internal tools and resources to provide value to sales.
  • Measure, analyze and report on the impact of account based marketing campaigns on leads, contacts, accounts, sales pipeline and revenue (marketing sourced and influenced).
  • Work with colleagues to develop advertising assets across all verticals, regions, and stages, and conduct A/B testing of messaging to improve responses and conversion rates.

Qualifications

  • University degree with a minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience in a B2B software company.
  • Two or more years of experience with Marketo, social media advertising (e.g.Linkedin), leading Account-based Marketing platforms like Terminus, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Strong time and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and build deep relationships with core stakeholders and team members.
  • Experience in executing, monitoring and optimizing integrated demand generation campaigns and budgets.
  • Ability to leverage data and insights in the development of campaign plans aligned to account strategy.
  • Excels at problem solving and approaching problems in multiple ways.
  • Enjoys learning and rapidly correlates new concepts to existing knowledge
  • Great people-first attitude and positive spirit that bring energy into any team, and values creativity and open-minded thinking.
  • Fluency in multiple languages including English, French, German and Dutch a plus. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics a plus. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business, MBA a plus.
