We are hiring a Paralegal on a permanent basis, remotely in the US or Canada. This will be a 30 hour working week, either 4 full days per week or reduced hours across a 5 day week. 

As a Parelegal, you will:

• Provide a variety of corporate and commercial legal services and counselling to company's departments and divisions.
• Draft contracts, perform document and/or contract review, and negotiates agreements
• Act as an advisor on legal issues involving the organization's government and regulatory compliance, and manage corporate housekeeping.
• Support the review of legal data and advise organization on appropriate legal action to be taken.
• On occassion, coordinate legal matters handled by outside counsel.

• Bachelor degree in law or relevant field or paralegal certificate
• Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company's policies and procedures
• 2+ year related work experience
• Solid written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
