Job Description

  • Manage overall relationship with strategic partners (Microsoft, SmartRecruiters, etc.) to ensure strategic alignment
  • Engage field sales teams to jointly develop opportunities and pipeline
  • Develop relationships within strategic partners to maximize opportunity for referrals and co-selling opportunities
  • Be an expert on partners strategic priorities and roadmap to educate and assist Unit4 leadership and sales team
  • Be an expert on Microsoft Partner Center and act as the primary point of contact for Unit4 leadership and sales for questions related to the Partner Center portal
  • Manage and maintain Unit4 Microsoft Appsource listings
  • Educate internal sales team on collaboration with Strategic Partners on co-sell/resell opportunities
  • Build strong interpersonal relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Proven success leading strategic partnerships or business development in Technology (strong preference to candidates with experience in Microsoft partnerships)
  • Capable of driving complex strategic conversations with executive decision-makers, and can juggle a large number of tasks at once.
  • Analytical ability to drive strong commercial outcomes for both Unit4 and our partners
  • Expertise developing business cases, financial analysis and modeling, and familiarity with legal agreements
  • Develop, coordinate, and execute long-term strategic partnership plans to identify and reach target opportunities
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects and multitask with excellent organizational skills
  • Business and technical acumen to be able to understand, evaluate, and communicate the benefits of Unit4 solutions and our partners’ products
  • Strong internal and external communication abilities, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and ambiguity
