Job Description

As a Technical Application Support Specialist provide troubleshooting and 2nd line tech support services to best-of-breed software applications like Bloomreach, ServiceNow and Khoros. You will contribute to the development of the services and the implementation and adoption of the software within Unit4. Together with your colleagues you will work on the vision of these services and ensure continuity, innovation and state-of-the-art services.

What will you do:

  • Troubleshoot, Diagnose, analyze and resolve application and user issues
  • User management, Groups, Access etc.
  • Trainings to Users: Provide training on for the ServiceDesk
  • Providing application reports such as number of downloads, number of subscribers
  • Application (Bloomreach, Khoros, ServiceNow) administration and testing
  • Other ongoing incidents and issues - Fixing integration and data issues

Qualifications

  • BSc degree in computer science or related fields
  • Strong communication skills and fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • High level overview of the C4U application landscape, including related apps such as Khoros, ServiceNow, Intuo, Integrated Features and the functions they serve for the customers;
  • Specific knowledge of IF and supporting applications such as Bloomreach CMS, Identity Provider, Sendgrid;
  • Process and support knowledge from 1st line to 3rd line (Incentro, Azure support teams etc)
  • Bloomreach CMS. Azure files, Salesforce is fine for a day to day basis at this time.
