Due to growth we are now seeking a dynamic and outstanding New Business Development Manager to join our sales team to assist in the cotninued and exciting growth. A passion for technology and the care sector would really fit in very well with us and our target market

Job Description

  • Create and nurture long term business relationships with new potential clients
  • Develop existing customer network contacts adding value and identifying other future long-term opportunities
  • All aspects and engagement of new business development
  • Generating appointments
  • Presentations, Some occasional public speaking at seminars events
  • Comfortabe to Liaise with Directors and department heads
  • Able to work under pressure
  • High motivation
  • Able to close sales
  • Work with the marketing team to help maximise on future opportunities
  • Work to key performance indicators (KPI's) around growth / retention within client base
  • Work closely with the service delivery team to assist with successful implementation/on-boarding process of assigned account base
  • Assisting at business trade shows and events

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal skills (Required)
  • The ability to close manage a pipeline of new business monthly (Essential)
  • You must be confident and able to engage with new people (Essential)
  • A proven sales background (Essential)
  • Attention to detail (Required)
  • Excellent communication skills (Required)
  • Ability to multi task and pivot based on requirements (Required)
  • Business Analysis skills (Advantageous)
  • Project Management Experience (Advantageous)
