We're looking for our next hire in the Product team - to champion a growth mindset, foster data driven decision making, lead insight generation, and mentor employees to adopt best practices in Product Management.

• Take responsibility for the entire life-cycle of key product areas from prototyping of new features to analyzing their impact on our KPIs
• Create clear and well-structured product requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria for the engineering teams
• Coordinate all relevant processes between engineering, design and marketing to ensure seamless progress from conception to launch
• Own project scope, milestones, timelines and deliverables and manage the communication with the teams and the stakeholders
• Incorporate feature requests into the product roadmap
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Translate concepts to inputs for the UIUX design team
• Inspire and motivate the development team to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency (groom and prioritize the backlog, set sprint goals, plan releases and upgrades, follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints etc.)
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
• Leverage buy-build-partner analysis to drive new product development and evaluate the maturity of available solutions

• Past experience in product management of at least 2-5 years
• Strong understanding of platform development (in particular of SaaS architecture and API layers)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a result-oriented working style and experience in developing new concepts
• Ability to both define a vision and strategy as well as the willingness to execute hands-on product work
• Curiosity for new business models and the drive to fully understand a specific industry
• Demonstrated experience in agile development methodologies and customer-oriented principles
• Track record of using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and drive decision-making
• Collaborative & Growth mindset to partner with colleagues in cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
