UNIFY Dots is a global technology and software solutions company specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365-based solutions. We are seeking Human Resources Coordinator with proven work experience in providing HR operations support on a day-to-day basis. The job will be work from home and a full-time position but will require in-person meetings and team building events in Metro Manila area.  

 

Job Description

Your job duties include the following tasks and responsibilities:  

  • Assist in preparing support letters, visa applications and collect documents required to file work permits and visas.  

  • Provide supporting documents and letter of support to third party PEOs we hire in various countries to support our team member mobility.  

  • Perform performance appraisals and update records & issue contracts for team members. 

  • Setup and organize team building events. 

  • Perform orientations, onboarding, and update Human resource system with new hires. 

  • Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates, etc.) in the HR System and ensure compliance requirements are met;    

  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars. 

  • Handle HR-related inquiries or requests and resolve members’ concerns, and respond to requests for help, certifications 

  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity including attrition data. 

  • Support the performance management processes for Unify Dots team members by tracking appraisals including sending the performance appraisal form and ensuring it is completed in a timely manner. 

  • Track work anniversaries, team member’s birthdays and send anniversary & celebratory emails. 

  • Handle terminations and exit formalities. 

  • Audit team member equipment to ensure compliance of equipment with required software. 

  • Other related HR, administration immigration and visa management tasks as required.  

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related area 

  • Proficient with Office 365/ Microsoft 365.  

  • At least a year of experience in Human Resources.  

  • Experience working with an HR Software  

  • Must have excellent communication skills in the English language.  

  • Should be based in Metro Manila

Additional Information

  • Work Shift- Work Shift is expected to be from 9 am to 6 pm PHT Monday to Friday. Some adjustments may be required.
