Sales Account Manager
Job Description
Our client is a market leading and award-winning company in the design industry who are looking for their new Sales Account Manager.

As a Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for handling new enquiries and managing existing accounts. Your role will be to build upon and retain relationships on a business to business platform, as well as building up your own client base and exploring new opportunities within your industry sectors.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
Salary: £19,000 - £21,000 (OTE £30,000)
Holiday entitlement: 28 days + 1 additional day per year of employment (after 2 years of service)

Main Job Duties
• Managing existing accounts and ensuring the positive relationship is maintained to ensure repeat orders
• Seeking new business by appropriate means in line with the General Data Protection Regulations (2018)
• Exploring product type and availability to best suit client needs
• Using the CRM system to produce detailed and professional quotations for clients
• Having a thorough understanding of brand awareness of client base in conjunction with key events i.e. festivals, events, seasonal changes etc
• Working closely with the Sales Account Manager team, Merchandising, Production, Quality Control and Design & Marketing to ensure orders are fulfilled in accordance with our KPIs
• Seeking new business by appropriate means in line with the General Data Protection Regulations (2018)
