As a Senior Project Manager at Undabot, you will be managing software projects for multiple platforms, while working with various stakeholders, as well as internal and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects’ scope, schedule and resources, identifying risks and resolving issues affecting traditional projects or acting as a Scrum master in Scrum organized projects
• Acting as a single point of contact for assigned projects
• Communicating and negotiating plans, proposals, and results with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitoring if assigned projects are executed by expected internal or external procedures and practices
• Reporting to stakeholders and managing their expectations
• Building and developing a positive relationships with teams and stakeholders

We are looking for experienced Project Managers, ready to take on full project ownership, motivated to optimize project management tools and processes.

The ideal candidate has the following knowledge and skills:

• 5+ years of experience in managing medium to large-scale software delivery projects (e.g. 6+ months, 10+ team members) for enterprise customers
• Experience with handling projects executed by cross-functional and virtual teams
• Working experience with project management tools, techniques and practices
• Extensive experience with traditional and agile software development methodologies
• Experience of working in Scrum is an advantage
• Possessing a PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, PSM and/or CSM certificate is an advantage
• A high level of time management, planning and problem solving skills
• A high level of proactivity in predicting, identifying and mitigating potential risk, as well as being able to adapt to changes in projects or internally
• Communicative, adaptable and positive personality
• Further career development focused on project management
• Excellent verbal and written skills in both Croatian and English
