Job Description

As a Finance Associate at Undabot, you will provide support for our day-to-day accounting and finance processes, collaborate with multiple stakeholders inside and outside the company and deliver analysis and insights that can support us in our future growth. As a highly efficient and detail-oriented person, you will monitor, process and manage timely transactions, keeping everything on track. 

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Collecting and preparing data and documentation for payroll administration and various other purposes
  • Issuing invoices and monitoring the collection of accounts receivables
  • Participating in the preparation of financial plans and controlling reports
  • Regular monitoring of changes in procedures, policies, and legislation related to accounting
  • Preparing documentation and reports for the needs of EU projects and other tenders
  • Cooperating and communicating with financial and state institutions
  • Preparing reports and keeping track of various internal records
  • Assisting and supporting other tasks in the field of accounting and finance as required

Qualifications

We're looking for an analytical person who is able to see beyond the numbers and is ready to further develop their career in finance. 

The ideal candidate has the following characteristics, knowledge and skills:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in similar positions
  • Excellent knowledge of English (B2) and Croatian (C2) language, both written and spoken
  • Excellent use of the MS Office package 
  • Analytical and logical thinking
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • High level of responsibility, proactivity and ability to work independently
