As a Marketing Manager at Undabot you will be in charge of the planning, development, and implementation of our marketing strategy, communications, and public relations activities. Your key responsibility will be creating initiatives for increasing brand awareness through setting up our marketing campaigns, extending media partnerships, and participating in industry events, with a focus on international markets. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and understanding of the IT industry by working closely with Project Management, Technology, and Design, as well as other multi-disciplinary teams and professionals. This role gives you an opportunity to grasp full ownership of your work and help us take our company brand to the next level. 


Your responsibilities will be:

• Developing successful marketing campaigns and taking ownership of their implementation from ideation to execution
• Increasing brand awareness and community outreach 
• Market research and generating marketing qualified leads
• Measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns
• Creating and distributing press releases, newsletters, and related marketing materials
• Copywriting and content creation
• Preparing and monitoring marketing budget
• Event management
• Keeping social accounts relevant and up to date - working on follower growth, engagement, and community management
• Building and maintaining relationships with relevant media
• Working with Sales and Design team to create various marketing materials and content, such as sales presentations, offers, case studies, as well as sales-related social media announcements
• Working with HR team on developing an employer branding strategy
• ​​Keeping track of the latest trends in the industry

The ideal candidate is a confident and data-driven decision maker, passionate about sharing knowledge and taking initiative, and has the following knowledge and skills:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in similar roles, preferably in the software development industry with a focus on international markets
• Great understanding of Business Marketing concepts, IT and software development industry and technology in general
• Great usage of online analytics tools
• ​​Knowledge of public relations practices in order to interface with media
• Excellent knowledge of content marketing
• Excellent communication and presentational skills
• Good copywriting skills
• Excellent knowledge of Croatian and English language, both written and spoken
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for details
• Organized, responsible and motivated, with great project management skills
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing
• Self-starter, with the ability to anticipate next steps and proactively take actions necessary to produce results
• Open to gain and share knowledge
