Job Description

This role will be responsible for supporting student recruitment and persistence efforts across all Uncommon Schools. This person will collaborate cross-functionally with Home Office teams to ensure core enrollment products meet the needs of staff in regions & schools to successfully recruit and enroll students. They will partner with regional & school staff to develop and train on codified best practices that result in an exceptional family experience and can be turnkeyed across all regions.

Enrollment Systems & Products:

  • Own the development and management of enrollment systems – SchoolMint, Salesforce, Tableau
  • Collaborate with D&IT, Marketing, and other Home Office teams as needed to ensure the accuracy of data and develop functionality within systems to meet the needs of end-users
  • Coordinate with HO teams and regional enrollment leads to ensure products meet their needs
  • Support end users with training, troubleshooting, and other aspects as needed

 

Recruitment & Enrollment Practices:

  • Collaborate with regional enrollment leads to build codified, best in class recruitment and enrollment practices
  • Manage toolkits that regional enrollment leads can turnkey to staff and ensure tools reflect the most up to date thinking and practices
  • Observe rollout and implementation of practices on a regular basis to ensure strong execution and update practices as needed
  • Support regional and school teams with training, troubleshooting, and other aspects as needed

Qualifications

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree; Master's preferred

Experience Requirements:

  • 6+ years of professional experience
    • 3-4 years of directly related experience in student enrollment 
    • Intermediate/Advanced proficiency with Salesforce SalesCloud, preferably as an admin or admin-adjacent role
    • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

Travel/ Schedule:

  • 4 days in person in our central office located in the Financial District
  • Travel to other regions as needed

Compensation for this position:  Candidates who meet all job description requirements will likely receive an offer of $90,000. The starting compensation for this role is between $85,000 to $100,000.  The starting pay will depend on various factors including but not limited to relevant professional experience, education, certifications, and tenure with Uncommon Schools.  To receive an offer at the top of the range, candidates will need significant experience beyond the job description requirements.  Because we value staff tenure in a role, we do not currently cap salary ranges for current staff members.
