We’re looking for a people-focused, empathetic (yet assertive) and solutions-oriented Customer Success Rep to join our family at our HQ in Warsaw!

Job Description

As Unamo Customer Success Representative you will be responsible for:

  • Providing customer support of highest quality to every Unamo customer via emails, chat and video calls

  • Onboarding of new customers

  • Upselling and cross-selling of customers

  • Conducting demos and webinars on how to use Unamo tools

  • Actively preventing churn by monitoring health of clients and connecting with them when needed

  • Creating drip campaigns

  • Creating knowledge base materials on how to use our tools effectively

  • Working closely with the Product, Tech, Marketing and Sales Teams to achieve common goals

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Polish & English (min C1 for both is a must)

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

  • Good organizational skills

  • Excellent time management and prioritizing abilities

  • Ability to work in a team

Nice to have (not required):

  • Good knowledge and understanding of SEO and Social Media

  • Experience in supporting both enterprise and SMB clients
