You will support Operations team in performing commercial related matters not limited to the followings:
- You will manage all aspects of the commercial process for chosen projects, from the first point of contact to the point of sales closure. The projects will be selected based on the magnitude of revenue, type of clientele, or kind of project.
- You enter orders after engineering handed the material list.
- Ensure that you record and monitor sales in line with agreed processes.
- You make sure that the delivery of purchased products is prompt and that they are documented in Discos (Company’s Internal System).
- You record and bill invoices according to the contract promptly.
- To promptly address client queries related to delivery, return, and invoicing.
- To prepare project margin calculation via Dokacalc. / Excel (Company’s Internal System) according to contract.
- To ensure all contract documents are proper storage in S-drive (Company’s Internal Server).
- To establish communication with the finance team for implementing project CCM.
- You manage ongoing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- A minimum requirement of a Diploma in Supply Chain, or Quantity Surveying.
- A minimum of 2 - 3 years’ hands-on experience in commercial/invoicing.
- Proficient in Excel
- Able to work independently and as a team player in a results-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on mentality and engaged personality, confident attitude.
- Ability to work in an MNC environment and working with external stakeholders.
- Being resilient, meticulous, and analytical with a strong motivation to succeed.
- Strong command of the English language. Being fluent in Mandarin will give you an upper hand.
- Able to begin within 1 month or as soon as possible.
