Job Description
Doka Egypt is looking for is looking for a highly motivated Sales Support Assistant reviewing and analyzing sales contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.

- Review and support the preparation of sales contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Coordinate with the Legal & Compliance Department for necessary reviews, approvals, and contract risk assessments, as well as Compliance-related issues (e.g., sanctions, export control, etc.).
- Maintain organized records of all reviewed and executed contracts and agreements.
- Support the CRM team in maintaining accurate and complete data within the CRM system.
- Prepare and update sales, pipeline, and performance reports for management.
- Review and verify pricing and costing (basic cost controlling).
- Support the continuous improvement of CRM processes, reports, and data quality.
- Perform general coordination and administrative tasks to ensure smooth collaboration between CRM, Sales, and Legal.
Qualifications
- Degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in legal support, contract administration, or CRM/sales support.
- Strong understanding of commercial documents (offers, contracts, NDAs).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Word and Excel (mandatory).
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and structured working style.
- Experience with basic cost controlling or reviewing offer calculations is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; Arabic
