Job Description
As an E-commerce Advisor at Doka Canada, you will provide essential administrative and logistical support to our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and effective customer engagement. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our e-commerce platform, optimizing digital content, and analyzing performance metrics to drive sales and conversion goals. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency and collaborative skills to support both sales and marketing initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Administrative and Logistical Support: Provide administrative and logistical support to the sales team, including order processing/entry, record keeping, and responding to customer inquiries and RFPs.
- Sales Reporting: Generate reports on sales targets, activity, and other related metrics to support the sales team's objectives and strategy.
- Presentation Preparation: Prepare presentation materials and exhibits for sales meetings and customer engagements, ensuring high-quality and impactful content.
- E-commerce Website Maintenance: Maintain e-commerce websites, ensuring accurate product data and quality checks are performed regularly to support corporate sales and conversion goals.
- Digital Asset Coordination: Coordinate digital assets, ensuring they are updated and optimized for the best user experience and engagement.
- Performance Tracking: Track site traffic, user behavior, and trends; analyze and report on program effectiveness to inform future strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor´s degree in business, marketing, communication or a related field
- 3 years of related experience
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Excellent software skills (Excel, Word and Doka’s internal systems)

We offer a competitive full-time annual salary ranging from $58,000 to $70,000, depending on your qualifications and relevant professional experience.
