• Control and enforcement of defined logistics processes and standards
• Leading and taking part in the daily logistics processes
• Continuous communication with the relevant customers and internal departments
• Monitoring ongoing projects and summarizing their material requirements towards Supply Planning
• Acting as the Country Demand Planner
• Mastering the internal disposition rules and the relevant logistics software (Rapid Response) as its Key User
• Managing intercompany release of material
• Supporting Supply Planning in executing intercompany purchase orders
• Managing a group of 3-5 employees
• Employee and team development
• Process improvement recommendations

• Successfully completed secondary or college/university degree in economics or logistics is preferred
• Experience in the field of logistics/production/construction/scheduling
• Experience in the management of a small group of employees
• Fluent spoken and written English (min. B2 level)
• German language skills is advantageous, but not a must
• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, independence and a sense of responsibility
• High commitment, flexibility, resilience and workload-bearing ability
• Service orientation towards external and internal customers
• Good MS Office skills
