Key Responsibilities

• SAP Backoffice
• Analyzing website traffic and sales data to identify trends and opportunities
• Assisting with the development and execution of marketing campaigns
• To strategically define the core target groups of the local eCommerce-platform and to prioritize and align all customer activities in agreement with the Head of Sales Support and local Marketing
• Continuous research and analysis of customer behavior from the local eCommerce-platform and to ensure the correspondent knowledge transfer to relevant stakeholder (e.g. Sales Country & CRM-platform) 
• To act as contact person for all local eCommerce activities in accordance with the processes established

Additional Responsibilities

CRM & Power BI

• Ability to work with CRM system & Power BI tools

• Professional qualification / degree in information technology, marketing, communication or a relevant business subject
• First experience in eCommerce
• Data analysis and report writing abilities
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise
• Excellent software skills ( Excel, Word and Doka’s internal systems )
• Strong Team player with the ability to work unsupervised and a hands on mentality
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive individual with attention to detail

Years of Experience: minimum 1 to 3 years

Qualifications: degree in information technology, marketing, communication or a relevant business subject
