Doka Türkiye is currently looking to recruit a career-driven professional to join its sales team and support the company’s ongoing national expansion.

Job Description

  • Identify target and potential construction projects,
  • Visit the target projects and assess the construction site's formwork system requirements,
  • With the support of our engineering team, prepare a proposal for the formwork system required by the customer,
  • Negotiate the commercial terms with our customer,
  • Prepare the contract, follow the customer's payments and shipment,
  • Visit the construction site at regular intervals after sales and provide support in answering any questions. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering,
  • At least three years of experience in rough construction on a construction site, with familiarity with mould systems on the construction site,
  • Sees a future in sales, with a background in engineering,
  • Demonstrates a high level of problem-solving ability,
  • Has a strong track record in human relations and high persuasion ability,
  • Proficient in English, including reading, writing, and speaking,
  • Is patient and able to take firm steps forward without rushing to reach the target,
  • Fluent in Russian and with two years of experience in Central Asia and Russia markets, 
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD,
  • Ability to operate an active vehicle and no travel barriers,
  • Knowledge of commercial issues such as bids, contracts, payment systems and shipment methods.
