Advanced Formwork Co. Ltd (Doka Saudi Arabia) is looking for a Sales Administrator for its Riyadh branch office to support the Riyadh Area sales team. Key Responsibilities:
- General administration of Sales Activities
- Create and change status of projects in Operating System Database
- Research relevant information and leads from the sources, and forward this to appropriate sales person / branch for action
- Manage data entry in CRM tools
- Monitor progress of and get feedback on running projects
- Survey and observe tenders on the market and ensure that they become Doka projects
- Act as a Key User for Operating System Database and support the Sales Team in the daily usage
- Ensure that necessary project and customer data is entered correctly in System Database
- Monitor the quality of data and project evaluation done by the Sales Team
- Prepare queries and analyses for internal sales meetings
- Prepare sales reports for management on a monthly basis
- Ensure accurate maintenance of System Database and evaluates potential leads
- Assist with sales and marketing events
- Follow up all tender requests from sales or direct from clients
- Coordinate the work progress for the added value department
- Prepare final added value studies layout and presentations
Qualifications
Your Qualifications to be Successful
- Commercial / Business Qualification
- Previous experience as sales administrator
- Proficient in Ms Office and excellent in Ms Excel advanced functions
- construction industry experience
- Time management, organizational skills
- Ability to focus, attention to detail
- Ability to work unsupervised and take responsibility
- Good communication skills
- Analytical way of thinking
