Job Description

  • Acquisition and development of new customers (retailers & brands) and projects in the Benelux region for our Multistore Solutions business unit
  • Handling of shopfitting projects (single and rollout projects within the framework of international tenders) with the support of internal departments in Austria. Offer calculation, sales pricing, timely submission of quotations including renegotiations
  • Managing the whole sales cycle from the first contact to the conclusion of the contract, demonstrating strong negotiation skills
  • Implementation of strategic and operative goals as set at group level
  • Achieving a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Manage and drive our CRM database in order to identify targets and opportunities

Qualifications

  • A Sales Person at heart, with a track record of minimum 5 years in B2B Sales Environment
  • Experience in customer acquisition within complex sales environment
  • Entrepreneurial and pioneering spirit, keen to gain traction and build our market presence
  • High flexibility and mobility, willingness to travel
  • An enthusiastic and solution orientated person with the ability to build sustainable relationships. Long term view to contribute successfully to our company
  • Excellent and inspiring communicator. Proficiency in Dutch and Englisch is mandatory. Additional languages welcome.

Additional Information

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package in line with his/her level of experience, topped by a plan for on target earnings aligned with long-term sales cycles. Remote work as an additional option.
