The suitable candidate will be a qualified, natural team player who can add significant value to this highly dynamic team

• Develop & support the teams of engineering & sales in designing, offering, acquiring & executing IPs.
• Source & follow up on project leads, tenders & awards for large scale IPs in the country.
• Strengthen our market position at infrastructure projects.
• First point of contact for large infrastructure contractors & key players in this field.
• Prepare formwork design concept & sales strategy optimized to individual IPs in the country.
• Develop new & actively maintain existing IP accounts.
• Expand our business in the field of IPs within the countries or our region.
• Regular face to face meetings & job site visits with customers, stakeholders & potential new customers.
• Focus on profitability and long-term market penetration with Doka IPs formwork systems.
• Site and construction experience in infrastructure projects (Bridges & Tunnels).

Special “Tailor made” project solution expertise for the Ips

• Technical / civil engineering degree preferred
• 8-10 years of professional experience, ideally in formwork and or construction
• Professional experience in Saudi Arabia or any other GCC country
• Experience with IPs formwork systems, technical solutions & design
• Experience in Project Management (ideally for IPs)
• Job site experience / actual on-site execution of  IPs
• Commercial business thinking with a strong sales focus
• Good understanding of Contracts and Claim Management
• Approachable personality
• Willing and able to travel regularly to remote Areas in Saudi Arabia
• Proficient in both English and Arabic
• Team & Solution / Customer benefit oriented
• Leadership & Self-management skills
