Whether it's Scout-to-Contract, reporting, or master data management - standardization, integration, digitalization, and optimization of procurement processes are the focus of your role. You act as the link between the purchasing functions, stakeholders, and IT. You are responsible for the holistic examination and analysis of the procurement process and procurement system landscape. Working in interdisciplinary teams across departmental and location boundaries is therefore necessary and natural for you.

This position assumes to take over challenging and one of the key roles within the Global Procurement organization. 

You will:

  • Partnering with business units to specify business process requirements
  • Work with team leads to ensure functional requirements are complete, and translated into technical requirements
  • Configuration and Administration of Sourcing/Contracting Templates, Users, and Groups within systems (ARIBA; ICERTIS;…)
  • Perform system configuration and work with developers to build, test and deploy features
  • Collaborate with architects to understand and manage dependencies with all external integrations and all external upstream/downstream systems
  • Manage and coordinate user acceptance testing, design End-to-End test plan based on products expectation to ensure the solution is thoroughly tested in the most optimized way
  • Identify opportunities for product enhancements and operational efficiencies
  • Assist with Test Automation activities
  • Work with cross-functional teams to conduct root cause analysis, communicate improvement recommendations, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Resolving problems by conducting research and analysis
  • Handle Master Data configuration in SAP (eg SAP ECC MM, S4, Ariba & iCertis CLM,…) with upstream and downstream systems

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with large Supply Chain Enterprise programs or projects
  • Deep understanding of Source to Contract domain (Sourcing, Contracting, including Contract Lifecycle)
  • Strong qualitative and business process understanding, with a focus on technical requirements and solution expertise
  • Very good knowledge of English and German (C1)
  • Technical and Functional knowledge in SAP modules (Sourcing, Contracting and Contract Management)
  • SAP, Ariba and iCertis CLM platforms is an advantage
  • Understanding of end to end business and data flow from source to data containers
  • Identifying, assessing, and solving complex business problems for your area of responsibility, where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
  • Experience in lworking with Agile Methodology for Software Development
  • Ability to communicate and work in a team

A salary in line with the market is offered for this position, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.

We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is 42.933,10 EUR according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry).
