As our Receptionist, you are serving as the first point of contact for our customers and clients, representing the organization and creating a positive impression through their interactions. Additionally, you'll work closely with our sales team, providing them with valuable support in their daily activities. Job Details

Reception

  • Answer telephone calls, transfer and forward messages
  • Greet, assist and direct visitors and clients
  • Checking and segregating emails
  • Register, copy, distribute and file all incoming faxes
  • Monitor and order office and pantry supplies
  • Allocation of pantry supplies
  • Prepares office supplies for new joiners
  • Sending and receiving documents through courier companies
  • Take and arrange orders for lunch
  • Arrange transport for guests/staff
  • Prepare, scan, photocopy and file site reports

Sales Support

  • File and maintain a log list of all LPO, order acknowledgement, online shop registration requests, NPS surveys, PQ requests and sales inquiries
  • Send out order acknowledgment to clients
  • Prepare reimbursement and expense claim forms
  • Call clients to conduct customer satisfaction surveys/NPS and prepare a report out of the results

Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Previous experience as a receptionist/sales support
  • Ideally: Qualification in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Friendly, patient character
  • Confident, dynamic personality
  • Good team player
  • Good typing skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised and under pressure
