In order to provide our Store Makers with the best possible support in their day-to-day business, we are looking for a Junior or Senior Application Manager (m/f/d) for our "Information Systems & Process Management" Department.

These tasks await you:                     

• Ensuring the operation of the company-wide systems (CRM, ERP, DMS, ..)
• Administration of user profiles and role concepts in CRM, ERP, DMS & others
• 1st and 2nd level support for CRM, ERP & DMS
• Interface to users, computer centre and development service providers
• Implementation of form and report adaptations
• Development, testing and documentation of plug-ins, interfaces and extensions
• Participation in / implementation of internal IT projects

What you should bring with you

• Completed education with a focus on IT/technology with experience in software development
• Good SQL/PSQL knowledge and broad basic knowledge of the IT environment (Windows, Office applications, Active Directory, MS-SQL database)
• Hands-on professional experience is an advantage (support, user support, etc.)
• Proactive, structured and solution-oriented personality
• Great Mindset: Analytical thinking, stress resistance, communication talent and team player
• Very good written and spoken English skills
