Doka in Scandinavia employs around 260 passionate employees, and we are now looking to grow with two more people in the newly created role of Solution Sales Manager Digital Services. Together with your sales colleagues both locally and at the HQ in Austria you will spearhead Doka's digitalization focus in Scandinavia with a strong focus on sustainability. You will position the company's digital services as an overall picture and sell them in your sales region in line with the needs of the customers.

Job Description

You will be based at one of our main branches that are in the proximity to Copenhagen, Oslo or Stockholm and travel between the countries as needed.

Tasks:

  • New customer acquisition - you give the professional starting signal for the sale of digital services in your sales region. Doka's well-known brand will open many doors for you on its own.
  • In addition to acquiring new customers, you will expand the product portfolio of existing Doka customers through cross-selling activities and thus develop your key accounts.
  • You lead price negotiations and are responsible for profitable deals
  • You plan and pursue your sales targets in close coordination with the strategic sales targets of the division
  • By providing competent customer advice, you convey the mindset of "Digital Services" of Doka
  • After a structured onboarding process, you will be able to work remotely as much as possible
  • With this area of responsibility, you will help to create "awareness" among construction companies for Doka's pioneering role in the field of digital innovations in construction.
  • Providing digital solutions for a higher sustainability in concrete.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales
  • Completed higher technical or business education/studies
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in B2B sales, in the construction industry with a high affinity for digital / IT solutions.
  • Experience in lead generation and new customer acquisition
  • Affinity for new technologies and the potentials in construction ("Lean-Construction")
  • Fluent in English and one of the Scandinavian languages (Swedish, Norwegian or Danish).
