In order to provide our Store Makers with the best possible support in project design and digital project management, we are looking for a specialist for the group-wide implementation of the future-oriented BIM technology at umdasch The Store Makers for our in-house IT team.

Job Description

As BIM Manager you are part of the Store Makers IT team, which is also responsible for the CAD/BIM technologies of the Store Makers and

  • Provide support around the topic of BIM (implementation, realization, contact person for colleagues)
  • Develop group-wide BIM standards and define processes
  • Support the technical and organizational implementation of BIM in the countries (analysis of the existing customer process and mapping as BIM process)
  • Assist in 2nd and 3rd level support for the implemented solution and promote the professional development of the contact persons

Qualifications

  • Completed technical education (apprenticeship, higher school degree or university)
  • Interest in the topic BIM (Autodesk REVIT or Archicad experience is an advantage)
  • IT affinity and process-oriented thinking
  • Team player with strong analytical mentality, technical understanding and effective problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills (with business fluent in written and spoken English und German)
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 15%)
