In the newly created role of Sales Manager - Digital Services, you will spearhead Doka's digitalization efforts. In doing so, you will position the company's Digital Services as a key value proposition in line with customer needs.

Job expectations:

  • Acquisition of new customers.
  • In addition to new customer acquisition, you will expand the product portfolio of existing Doka customers on a regional level through cross-selling activities and thus identify and develop your key accounts.
  • You will conduct price negotiations and be responsible for driving sustainable, profitable growth.
  • You plan and pursue your sales targets in close coordination with your team leader and the strategic targets of Doka USA.
  • You will convey Doka's "digital services" mindset by providing competent customer advice.
  • You will have both a home office and be expected to be within a reasonable commute to one of the local offices.
  • With this area of responsibility, you will contribute to creating "awareness" among construction companies for Doka's pioneering role in the field of digital innovations in construction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in B2B sales, ideally in the construction industry with a high affinity for digital / IT solutions
  • Experience in lead generation and new customer acquisition
  • Affinity for new technologies and the potentials in construction ("lean construction")
  • High degree of success orientation and entrepreneurial thinking to successfully implement the sales strategy and achieve sales goals
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills, and negotiation skills
