Headquartered in Dubai, the Doka Middle East Africa & Asia Pacific (MEAAP) Area team offers support to the core functions of sales, operations, support, engineering and HR. Job Description
- Present, promote and sell products/services using substantial and reliable arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Develop and implement the sales strategy
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- As a first contact with customer, observe their needs properly and coordinate with other departments, technical, operation and sales admin to provide most efficient offer.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Gain and maintain a comprehensive knowledge about Doka products and services
- Knowledge about how Doka products and services compare with the competition
- Identify potential customers and projects
- Prepare and present presentations and proposals
- Develop both new and existing accounts and expand business
- Sell and service solutions / products
- Be accountable for all credit interactions with the customer and ensure payment is received in full
- In cooperation with the Head of Sales, produce plans, budgets, forecasts Work towards and exceed sales targets set by the company
- Ensure the number of prospects Visits each month does not fall below the agreed standard
- Ensure there is a full knowledge of all the key customers decision makers and key influencers
- Maintain and update customer records and enquiry status
- Effectively use Doka CRM tool Victori III for daily plan, customer and project information
- Effectively use offer calculation tool Dokacalc to provide Sales Offer within company targeted Contribution Margin (CM).
Qualifications
- Qualification in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum three (3) years of formwork sales experience in Kuwait and/or the Middle East with client base
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience in selling value-added solutions
