As a valued member of our engineering team, you will be based in our Dubai office, working on projects across the Middle East Africa & Asia Pacific regions.

• Support the country engineering team to develop competence in terms of scaffolding by mentoring, training and guiding the team members on the different stages of the design
• Implement scaffolding and/ or formwork solutions with focus on close cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Operation, Support) to advance business performance, productivity and customer satisfaction and to ensure the engineering solutions are safe and economical
• Develop technical designs and structural analyses from quotation to order processing for projects across MEAAP, taking our internal and local engineering standards into account
• Provide estimation for project work load and timely delivery of shop drawings as per instructions
• Coordinate with clients about technical issues and support local country teams with client meetings and project presentations as required

• 3D CAD and PonCad Scaffolding design knowledge (Revit and/or Tekla experience is a plus)
• Scaffolding experience in construction & industrial application with ring system and formwork knowledge is a plus
• Knowledge of 2D/ 3D structural analysis software (Rstab, Staad Pro etc.)
• Technical/ Civil Engineering Qualification
• Solid communication skills in English
• Basic IT-skills
• UAE Driving license preferred
