NEULANDT is currently looking for a Senior Civil/Structural Engineer who will be responsible for providing engineering design and calculation support to precast buildings globally with a current focus on the West African market.

This position requires an enthusiastic individual who understands the building construction, especially precast construction is able to manage formwork design planning independently, as well as support the Sales team during proposal and pitching.

Your extensive experience in building construction, specifically in precast, will make you successful in this role.

You will be reporting directly to the Head of Business Unit NEULANDT.

• Master’s Degree in Structural engineering or Civil Engineering with Structural qualification
• > 5 years’ experience both in design and site/project management
• Experience in residential construction
• Holistic or partial experience in quarters development
• Preferable experience working for a real estate developer
• Min 5 years’ experience in African markets
• Willingness to travel > 30% 
• Fluent in English, preferable also able to speak French or German
• Team Management experience is a clear plus
• Strong communicator and team player who can work with limited supervision
• Revit experience preferable

You are responsible for NEULANDT globally. Due to several locations in Europe, not only the office in Germany, also e.g. Austria would be conceivable. The salary framework is also adapted to local conditions.
