In this newly created position, you as a construction professional for our Digital Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d) - in close cooperation with Sales & Operations - will be significantly responsible for the right focus of our solutions in today's products and future developments.

The primary responsibilities for our Digital Product Marketing Manager will be to:

• Help define and optimize our client lifecycles to enable segmentation, personalization and a data-driven marketing strategy.
• Learn CONTAKT brand and products inside and out by spending time with customers and researching competitors’ offerings.
• Generate ideas and write product content including blogs, websites together with the communication team and do product presentations to help drive awareness and interest in CONTAKT
• Create storyboards for motion graphic videos with in-house design resources along with video content for a multitude of platforms.
• Collaborating with CONTAKT team and own the go-to-market efforts for current and future product features.
• Leading the charge on creating a brand kit and messaging guidelines for our customer success team to use in all interactions with users
• Working together with customers, subject matter experts and developers to design high-quality software solutions
• Acting as the point person to own the delivery and adoption of content to our Sales team through trainings, technology and digitally. 
• Becoming an expert in commercial construction, then use that knowledge to outline the market, customer challenges, and the competitive landscape.

• Degree (FH, university), ideally in the field of digital services
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of product management, product marketing or similar
• Solution-oriented, independent way of working and the motivation to constantly make things better and build something new
• Strong communicator and team player with an interest in innovation
• Excellent writing skills and verbal communication in German and English
• Ability to understand the needs of customers

For this position, a salary in line with the market is offered, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.

We are legally obliged to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is EUR 28,154 according to the collective agreement (Collective Agreement for Salaried Employees in Commerce).
