We are looking for a Business Development Manager creating new Sales & Business Opportunities (f/m/d) where you will get a chance to work in a rewarding role within a diverse team that is pushing boundaries. In this management role, you will be responsible for the commercial agendas of the operational holding company.

 

  • Establish and set up a Sales and operational structure to successfully launch new products and services on the market
  • Collaborate with teams to leverage new business opportunities to increase and nurture B2B’s sustainable sales growth
  • Identify new potential segments and/or regional niches by conducting research, data analysis and recommendations for a global and/or regional implementation
  • In economic matters, you are responsible for all forms of financing and investments of customer relationships and evaluate the associated risks.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to explore and develop solutions (digital/physical tools) require for a successful market penetration
  • Identify trendsetter ideas and initiatives, where B2B can generate new business opportunities in a regional or global capacity

Qualifications

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • University degree in Business Management or equivalent, ideally with specialization in New Business Models
  • More than 10+ years working experience, 4+ years of experience in new business development or similar role, proven success in B2B sales or similar role
  • Strong Commercial, negotiation and leadership skills
  • Strong team player, proactive and creative with great organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive business relationships with cross-functional teams and potential customers
  • Fluent in both English and German
  • Willingness to travel
