Job Description

Our global HR organization aims to support Doka business areas with HR excellence all over the world. We are looking for HR leaders with a broad spectrum of HR expertise and passion for working globally. In this position, you will lead our global Team for Talent Acquisitions & Employer Branding.

Within this role you will be responsible for:

  • Further establishing the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding function in Doka as well as a close collaboration with all other HR functions & areas
  • Defining and developing Doka's Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding strategy, metrics and measures in alignment with the Doka strategy and HR principles – from sourcing and hiring to succession and talent management as well as employee engagement
  • Creating clarity and orientation about strategy/priorities/targets as well as planning resources and driving implementation
  • Support area and local HR initiatives and projects related to Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
  • Providing the ideal framework for collaboration and growth within your team
  • Leverage Software as a service technology to support Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding processes

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent education with a focus on HR related topics
  • Minimum 6+ years of professional work experience in HR and 2+ years in Talent Acquisition/Talent Management
  • Previous managerial experience preferred
  • People oriented and results driven with a dynamic approach, strong interpersonal and people leadership skills
  • A global strategic thinker with a good understanding of business
  • IT and HR System affinity (knowledge of SmartRecruiters and Workday Peakon is a plus)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, volatile environment and across different locations
  • Experience in an international environment
  • Excellent English skills, any other language desirable
  • Global mindset and cultural awareness
  • Willingness to travel

A salary in line with the market is offered for this position, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.

We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is 44,902.62 EUR according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry).
